Monument to the 14 lanceros

Cultural and Historical Attraction, located at 10 km of the urban area by paved road. The monument is an emblematic piece found in the Pantano de Vargas field, It was erected by the artist Rodrigo Arenas and the engineer Guillermo González in homage to the 150 years of independence.

In the Pantano de Vargas monument you can see 15 bronze riders with their respective horses. Sculpted by the master Arenas as a tribute to the llaneros spearmen, headed by Colonel Juan José Rondón.
